Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. If you wish to return your purchase within 30 days, please call or email Aspen Creative for a return goods authorization or click here for RETURN FORM. We will be unable to accept a return after 30 days. 

 

You pay the freight back - please ship in original carton and packing material to insure a safe return. We will charge a 15% restocking charge for all returned goods.

 

We suggest you insure the package for the full amount of your purchase in case it is damaged when shipped back to our facility to insure your proper refund.

 

All shipping charges on purchases are non-refundable.

 

If you receive something damaged or defective, we reserve the right to provide either replacement parts, a new model, or a full credit to rectify the situation.

 

DAMAGE CLAIM FORM 

To insure the quickest turnaround to replace merchandise that arrived damaged, please fill out the DAMAGE CLAIM FORM. As soon as the request is submitted, we will begin the claim process. All damage & defective claims must be made within 10 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.
