Do you offer any free pick up options?
Yes! We only offer free pick up at our Southern California warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga. Simply call us at 844-467-8048 to arrange pick up time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, only on select items.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Do you ship to Canada?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we do have our products listed on authorized sites that do offer international shipping: Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot
I did not receive an order or payment confirmation?
This happens from time to time. Please check your SPAM / JUNK / BULK folder, if you find your confirmation there please mark the message as "Not Spam" to avoid any problems receiving our correspondence in the future. In the event that you still did not receive confirmation please contact our customer support team.
I need to return part or all of my purchase?
If you have purchased directly from aspen-creative.com within 30-days please use our return form and we will gladly start the return process for you.
We do not accept any returns if purchased from another site, we kindly ask for you to reach out to the customer support team of the site you purchased from.
I received an item that was damaged / defective / missing parts?
If you have purchased directly from aspen-creative.com within 90-days please use our claim form and our team will gladly assist with your issue.
We do not accept any claims for damaged or defective items purchased from another site, we kindly ask for you to reach out to the customer support team of the site you purchase from.
If you are missing parts from an item purchased from another site, we kindly ask for you to reach out to the customer support team of the site you purchased from first. If they are unable to assist, you are welcome to fill our claim form within 10-days of delivery and we will notify you of the options available to you.
Please note that a replacement and shipping fee may be applied to all items purchased outside of aspen-creative.com.
Do you offer to purchase in bulk?
