Return, Damage, Defective, and Replacement Policy

We have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase, if purchase from aspen-creative.com only. If you wish to return your purchase within 30 days, simply fill out our Return Form. We will be unable to accept a return after 30 days. 

 

You pay the freight back - please ship in original carton and packing material to insure a safe return. We will charge a 15% restocking charge for all returned goods.

 

We suggest you insure the package for the full amount of your purchase in case it is damaged when shipped back to our facility to insure your proper refund.

 

 All shipping charges on purchases are non-refundable.

 

If you receive something damaged or defective, we reserve the right to provide either replacement parts, a new model, or a full credit to rectify the situation.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, REPLACEMENT, MISSING PARTS

To insure the quickest turnaround for purchases made from aspen-creative.com for replacement merchandise that arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete please fill out the CLAIM FORM. As soon as the request is submitted, we will begin the claim process.

We do not accept any claims for damaged or defective items purchased from another site, we kindly ask for you to reach out to the customer support team of the site you purchase from.

If you are missing parts from an item purchased from another site, we kindly ask for you to reach out to the customer support team of the site you purchased from first. If they are unable to assist, you are welcome to fill our claim form within 10-days of delivery and we will notify you of the options available to you.

Please note that replacement and shipping fees may be applied to all items purchased outside of aspen-creative.com.
